The lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas which I appreciated. My check in experience was outstanding! I stayed on the 3rd floor and I want to applaud the fact that it smelled so good from the second the elevator door opened all the way to my room. The staff was phenomenal!! I had dinner and breakfast at your restaurant and I was very impressed!! I will definitely stay here again as well as recommend this particular hotel to family and friends 😃. Keep up the great work , you make me want to visit again 👍👍

We tried to pre-buy breakfast in the morning and the bar manager said that he had never done that before and so he was not comfortable doing that for the next morning. We had 25 cheer girls coming downstairs and we just wanted to ensure that they had some kind of food when they got down.

room was fairly clean but showed signs of wear and age. tv was old and lacked dedicated hotel software so no streaming options. staff was helpful but a little disorganized. the convience shop was severely under stocked. mis en scene needs help: why is your san rio bag on the front desk counter… pool didn’t have towels available. ac in the room didn’t get nearly to the displayed temp.

They don’t let you know what’s needed to check in even if you call before you make it got there and my card wasn’t take by them and basically had to find a new room at 1am but the clerk at the desk did give a refund but still was a lot of last minute stress that could have been avoided

The bar/restaurant was convenient and really good. Accessible bedrooms have really high beds, if you use a wheelchair. But the people that work there are friendly and very helpful. They need to fix the links on their dining page. None of them pull up the breakfast menu, and it is an arduous Internet search to find one. Pretty easy walk/roll to the football stadium, if you take the correct route. I recommend going into the stadium through the southern entrance by the river.

Book with caution. Hotel was zero willing to work around plans changing. Yes, cancelation policy, blah blah, but we stay there every time we’re in town for my son’s baseball tournaments (travel ball parents understand). They were not even willing to issue a credit for a future stay and we gave them 5 days notice (when we were notified the tourney was canceled). Poor business. Will not stay here again. We even were there on a weekend last year when they had zero electricity (construction crews hit a line) and complained about nothing!!!!!!! Makes me think I should have. They don’t care, why should we?! Shameful.
