Check in and out staff was pleasant the only good experience. Room seemed to be wiped down and mopped with dirty items so smeared everywhere. Reason for stay was the winter storm, yet nothing was put down on sidewalks or the parking lot, it seemed to be a true lack of concern for safety. I slipped trying to even get my suitcase in on arrival. Stayed here years ago, very pleased. This time let me know I will not be back, very disappointed.

The room was beautiful and clean and staff were great but after I checked in to a room that had an adjacent room door, what a night mare! This couple came to the room next door around 4 pm and it sounded like they destroyed the room in 30 mins then the couple were talking so loud you would think they were in your room! I turned the tv on to see if it would drown them out and it continued u til I left for my event. I returned at 10:00 pm and an hour later they came back to there room arguing and banging around until 11:30 pm and they were up at 6:30 swearing and arguing and talking on their phones until 8:30 am at which time they went to breakfast and then came back at 9 am for more loud conversation and slamming things around! I got maybe 4 hrs of sleep in the most uncomfortable bed and pillows!!! The shower in the morning was great to wake me up but breakfast was over before I got to it! Do t stay on the street side on any floor accept the back of the hotel on top floor
