This is in a gated residential community, please be mindful of our neighbors, no parties, no events, or large gatherings, HOA requires quiet hours 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on weekdays (Sunday through Thursday nights) and between midnight and 8:00 a.m. on weekends (Friday and Saturday nights).

PARKING:
Driveway parking. No parking allowed on the street and road.

Everything about this property that was listed and all pictures were accurate. Very clean with everything very neat. The location was accessible to local beaches. There was plenty of food spots close by. The unit has everything you need for your stay. Highly recommended.
