This is an amazing property& Really well built. 3 pool areas. Large pool is awesome for kids with slides, sandy area, volleyball & basketball in the pool & lots of hot tubs. AND the adult pool side is quiet loungers in the pool. Cold plunge and hot tubs. Could also shuddle to the Hilton and use the pools and amenities there. Condo really nice huge bathrooms and outside porch area with table and 2 lounge chairs. Sliding door almost opens the whole wall. Beds super comfy. Could have slept 8 with pull out couch. Quality appliances and a barbecue pit outside. Market close enough to get grocery although expensive but could cook all meals to save $. Staff kind and helpful. Worth the $ would return.

This was our 4th visit to Kings Land. We love the swimming pools, the apartments are wonderful and are equipped with everything you need. We prefer this to staying in the hotel. Love it

Great pools for kids. Staff friendly, but service is slow. We were disappointed in the location of the room, but they said they were booked- and this was the best they could offer.

The communall areas are fine however the room we had was poor. We were allocated an ADA room, not that we needed one, and the best way to describe the whole room is "Gruby". The carpets/rugs are stained/dirty and the bathroom needs some attention, especially the shower seat I am assuming we just got a bad room given the other reviews, but it's enough to put me off staying here again TOP TIP. If you want a quiet room avoid building 6 and especially room 106, it's as close as you can get to the pool,.without getting wet and pool music starts at 08:30

Dish washer filter was nasty as it probably hasn’t been clean for months. Roaches and ants in the kitchen. I accidentally knocked over the plug in mirror vanity in the master bathroom as it is not attached to the wall like most places have them. I was charged full price for something that has been there for years . Other than its pretty nice place .

Became here for the first three days of our honeymoon. The hotel was absolutely stunning. The staff was amazing. We traveled for around 16 hours, and were up for 24 hours by the time we arrived. They made everything easy at check-in, and made sure we were comfortable. Nikki the bartender at the Holuholu grill is a gem. Honestly, all the staff was absolutely incredible. Well, well worth the value. Will be back!!!
