This spacious 2-bed, 2-bath ground-floor villa (1,170 SF) blends modern comfort with relaxed resort living. Enjoy golf course + Mauna Kea views from your private lanai—perfect for sunrise coffee or evening cocktails. Stroll 18 min to A-Bay Beach or 7 min to shops, dining, groceries, and a weekly farmer’s market.
The space
Designed for both comfort and functionality, this villa offers a hotel-like experience with the bonus of a full kitchen and homey touches:

Primary Suite: Features a King bed with a supportive mattress and plush topper for a great night’s sleep.

Guest Bedroom: Furnished with a queen bed and plush topper.

Additional Sleeping Options: A pull-out sofa bed plus a folding floor mattress provide space for larger groups or families. Pack n Play available for babies.

Living Area: Inviting with views of the golf course and mountains, plus TVs in every room equipped with popular streaming services. Board games, kids books and toys also available for your keiki.
