Adjacent is a café restaurant and fitness area with unobstructed views overlooking the blue Pacific. Adorned with balmy island breezes at oceans edge, our oceanfront club features spectacular views, BBQS available to enjoy with family and friends, an outdoor garden covered lounge area, luxurious bathroom facility, poolside cabanas, with a relaxing atmosphere. All year round, glorious sunsets are the norm and during our winter months, take pleasure in lots of whale watching and view of the incredible surf.
VILLA: Conveniently situated in the center of Hali’I Kai, less than 400 yards from the ocean, our villa is luxuriously furnished and decorated reflecting the understated Hawaiian elegance found amongst top notched world-class resorts and hotels. As original kama`aina (local) owners, we are fortunate to have this fabulous Villa that Centex (the developer) built with such style and elegance. Our lanai is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or perhaps an ocean view sunset dinner while grilling on our new Weber grill complete with cooking utensils. Sunbathing or simply watching golfers on the adjacent lawn area on this ground floor unit without stairs makes for easy access. The Villa is primarily decorated and appointed with distinctive designer furnishings featuring Hawaiian elegance with a hint of an Asian flair. The Master bedroom has a Cal king bed (from which an ocean view may be enjoyed:), large private master bath with granite counter tops with dual sinks, large walk in shower with bench and a separate deep soaking tub. The guest bedroom has 2 xl twins (which can be converted to a full Cal King at your request), and the other guestroom features a queen size bed, detailed accents with views of the gorgeous Mauna Kea and Kohala Mountains with beautiful morning sunrises. The guest bathroom is complete with tub/shower, granite counter tops and sink. The attention to detail won’t be missed. The relaxing living area has a couch, chairs and ottoman, wall mounted LCD panel, blueray player, premium cable with HBO. Adjacent is an elegant dining area with seating for 6+ with a chandelier. The upgraded kitchen is complete and fully stocked with everything from an espresso maker with enough cooking utensils and gadgets to make a full scrumptious Thanksgiving meal. Equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops & bar stools, you’ll want for nothing. Our hale has a laundry room with washer/dryer and laundry supplies. We have complimentary High-speed wireless Internet, telephone for complimentary long distant calls to all Hawaiian Island, Canada, Mexico and all of USA. We have 2 bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, basketball, tennis racquets (courts are across the street).
RESORT: The Waikoloa Beach Resort has upscale shopping, gorgeous black, green & white sand beaches (ask us we'll tell you some well kept secrets), petroglyph sites (rock etchings used as the ancient form of Hawaiian communication), 2 golf courses. Our favorite restaurant is located in the Queens shops right on the resort, Sansei’s & Roys. One of our Island favorites is Pueo's located in Waikoloa Village. As our guest on the resort, you are entitled to special green fees at the Beach golf course and the Kings golf course.

If you have any challenges or emergencies, they’re available 24/7. *Ground floor unit (no stairs to climb-handicap accessible). Four bicycles, tennis rackets, basketball, beach chairs, cooler and boogie boards. *Tennis court and basketball courts are right across the street from our unit. *Ocean view, the condo is only steps away from the ocean front Club House. Easy walking; 390 yards to be exact. *All the comforts of home. Washer, dryer, refrigerator, 4 burner electric stove, oven, and dishwasher but, the unit also is equipped with a coffee/espresso machine, toaster oven, rice cooker, blender and wine glasses. *The owner is a Certified Meeting Planner (for Destinations in Paradise) with extensive access and deals on island wide activities such as helicopter rides, fishing and snorkeling, ATV and horseback riding and much more. . *The owners are kama`aina (local) born and residents of the Kohala Coast. They know what works and what doesn’t and are highly equipped to meet your needs.
