Will not disappoint

This condo is in an excellent location, with walking to everything in Waikoloa. (Restaurants, shopping, beach etc) It is in very clean and in good condition so easy to relax and enjoy your holiday in comfort. The local management were very quick to respond to questions. The 2nd floor and building location provides a beautiful place to enjoy coffee and breakfast in the morning and sundowners in the afternoon. You will not be disappointed staying in this condo. By the way, it was not clear about the type of coffee maker came with the unit. It has both K-CUP and drip coffee makers.

Nice Condo

Nice place to stay within walking distance of A-Beach, shopping and restaurants. The condo is in good shape, well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, coffee pot, etc and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend it.

Nice Vacation condo

Enjoyed staying here, updated Kitchen and Bathroom, the nice bathtub unfortunately does not seem to get the same hot water as the shower or sinks (never warms up so that was disappointing), quiet except for road noise only heard if on the extra large balcony, view is minimal of ocean with trees and bushes and buildings blocking. Still we would stay here again. We have stayed at Vista Waikoloa before just a different unit. The buildings each have one elevator which really helps with luggage and groceries. Parking spot is tight but we had a minivan.

Beautiful property and perfect location

We had a wonderful time at this property! Perfect location to sandy beaches, food, and mid point to all the main places to Kona, Hawi, Hilo. Our favorite was walking down to the beach for sunset. The condo is clean and well stocked with beach chairs, towels, BBQ utensils, snorkel gear, etc. we thoroughly enjoyed out stay and can’t wait to come again!
