The host was very communicative with quick responses.Full size refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. King size bed and pillows were super comfy. Clean. Good size bathrooms. Maalaea Beach is about a 5 minute walk from the condo that has decent snorkeling. There were 4 beach chairs, 3 different size coolers, and a yoga mat available that we took full advantage of. Free parking, clean grounds, oceanview, pool, polite people, and clean grills. There was a community pupu get together for residents and guests that we participated in and learned about sites to see after talking with others. The pool hours are 9am-9pm which we thought was a bit early to shut the pool down. Note: the recycling is ALL separate and this is not stated anywhere. You figure this out when you bring it to the bins. The air conditioning can use a little help, but it was decent enough with the fans provided to be able to sleep. Good price, comfortable setting, with great amenities. We would stay there again.
