Prima locatie met pelletkachel en fietsenschuur. Met de fiets gemakkelijk naar Monschau, Malmedy of Recht via het spoorbaan Fietspad Ravel. Goed uitgeruste keuken met oven en magnetron. Kun je prima gebruiken om de mooie gerechten van de lokale catering /slager die in de supermarkt liggen mee te bereiden. Speeltuintje buiten voor de kinderen (geen hek naar de straat) Bedden prima boxsprings. Douche op boiler. Energie op nacalculatie.

Wij zijn drie weken in dit fantastische huisje geweest. Heel comfortabel en luxe compleet ingericht huisje. Vriendelijke eigenaren waar we ook tomaatjes en champignons van kregen uit eigen tuin. De omgeving is prachtig om te fietsen en wandelen. Er zijn ook nog vrienden en familie langsgeweest en die hadden boven een eigen badkamer. Ook een prima uitvalsbasis om op de fiets naar de formule 1 races te gaan. Hebben wij dus ook gedaan. Kortom een prima huisje!

De ontvangst was redelijk oké. Alleen de sms daags voordien vanwege de verhuurster om zeker de waarborg in cash mee te brengen stoorde mij wel enigszins. De accomodatie zelf viel wel mee. Maar een zéér groot probleem : er zijn twee 2-persoonsbedden, echter op één hiervan lagen dekbekken voor een kinderbedje (spijlbedje), niet groot genoeg om als volwassene onder te slapen dus. Toen we gingen vragen naar een 'normaal' dekbed bleek dit niet mogelijk. Resultaat : we hebben 's nachts praktisch niet geslapen. En nu viel het nog mee dat het zo warm was, maar van zodra het wat killer wordt 's nachts is dit niet aan te raden en iets om rekening mee te houden bij boeking van deze accomodatie. Ook de eindafrekening was niet geheel correct : er werd voor één van ons te veel toeristenbelasting aangerekend en er werden de bezorgde vuilzakken aangerekend, niet de daadwerkelijk verbruikte ! Voor ons NIET voor herhaling vatbaar !

Fijn verblijf gehad in dit mooi gelegen huis. De ontvangst was wat zakelijk. Het huis is met de pelletkachel lastig gelijkmatig op temperatuur te krijgen. De bedden en het beddengoed waren helaas niet allemaal vlekvrij. Verder was het huisje mooi schoon. Veel mooie wandelingen en andere activiteiten/bezienswaardigheden in de buurt.

Super lieu de séjour

Un duplex moderne, bien équipé : ce logement nous a permis de vivre très confortablement 3 semaines de vacances en fin d'automne. Des propriétaires disponibles mais discrets. Lieu super bien situé, entre fagnes, forêts et campagnes. Tous les services à proximité mais voiture utile pour profiter de la région. Tout a été parfait !

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, le confort, la décoration, la propreté impeccable de ce logement qui est idéalement situé au cœur d'une région riche en activités ballades, vélo (ravel), sport en général, découverte de la nature, visite intéressante de villes et villages, de nombreux musées etc... bref il y en a pour tous les goûts à proximité de Au pied du ravel.
