You will love the close proximity to all kinds of amenities including: boat ramp (less than 2 min drive), library, disc golf course, multiple parks/playgrounds, baseball diamonds, city pool, liquor store, and more! An extra wide street with TONS of parking out front and a large gravel parking area behind the house with exterior outlets at both for charging capabilities. Must be 25 to rent! Covered front porch with rocking chairs for a wonderful relaxing spot for morning coffee or a great sunset. King sized memory foam mattress upstairs, queen sized hybrid bed in the downstairs bedroom, 2 full beds in the open room, perfect for family fun sleepovers! Large upstairs bathroom with full tub/shower. Downstairs bathroom has toilet and vanity only. Full sized washing machine and dryer available for use as well. Mid-century modern dining room set comes with an optional lead to accommodate the whole family. Large kitchen with pantry storage for all your food and goodies. Coffee maker with Keurig capabilities, toaster, air fryer, microwave, and full range and stove. Also has an outside fire pit in the backyard.
