The location is wonderful, the studio has all necessary amenities and instruction booklets for use. We loved sitting on the verandah eating our food, watching and listening to the birds. The highlight for us - the wildflower paddocks. Oz appears to be grazed to a centimetre, parks are mowed, thanks for allowing/planting the flowers/weeds.
