The completed apartment is located on the ground floor of the residential building with five residential units. It is situated on a hillside below 'castle Waldeck' - no traffic, open view in the forest region, in short a "natural oasis". After a short way to the castle, you will be rewarded by the magnificent Panoromablick over the Edersee. The condos are used partly for business or to be rented out as apartments.

The open view from the apartments in the valley and the forest region is relaxing and soothing. Outside, in front of the apartment you will enjoy the afternoon sun and gorgeous sunsets! In the garden you will find a bench, a large table. Garden furniture, a parasol and a movable barbecue are available for use.

The apartment "natural oasis" with SAT-TV and radio on the ground floor (60m²) has a large living room (23m²) with a magnificent view over the valley in the forest region, the chairs can be converted into a further 'double bed'. The bedroom 18m² offers plenty of room, the dining kitchen 16sqm is fully furnished and the large bathroom with toilet the shower is integrated into the bathtub. If you bring your bikes, they can be parked in the garage. Various attractive routes can be found around the Edersee and closer radius.
For your supply, the nearby old town of Waldeck offers all possibilities - from shopping to the restaurant. From the house you can reach the city in about 20 minutes. Unfortunately, due to the slope the apartment is less suitable for guests with mobility problems.

As already mentioned, you have the to nearby castle Waldeck can attend a wonderful view over the Edersee and in the forest landscape of the Kellerwald National Park, where you walk on its own or on guided tours.
The lake and the swimming pool can also be reached in about 20 minutes on foot, offers itself the mountain railway, which also transports your bike.
