Clean room- some mold in the bathroom Staff - friendly, helpful- appreciated freshening up our rooms on the second day. Breakfast- somewhat limited as apparently they either ran out or didn’t restock very often on our first day. Furniture in dining area quite worn.

What a nightmare Hotel is ok rooms ok i have stayed there before But the hotel have tried to take over £13000 out my account in 2 weeks confirmed by the the bank that it is the hotel forcing the payments The hotel promised they would email me over a over payment and a refund and I’ve had nothing from them

The staff gave my reservation to another person (a reservation I prepaid). I had to wait while they investigate, it was not right. They are not verifying the name correctly, the phone number and confirmation number. There was only one reservation with my name (I have 2 last names, and one is not common), there wasn’t another reservation with similar name for the excuse they gave “of having similar names”.
