Bed was so uncomfortable we only had a couple hours of sleep off and on. The pillows were so flat. They never gave us sheets or pillow for the pull out couch bed knowing my son was the 3rd person in the room. We didn't realize it until we got back from the football game after midnight so he just crashed with the blankets we bought from the stadium before i could ask the front desk. Breakfast food was cold and there was no eggs left at 9am. The best part was actually the shower because it was nice and toasty after freezing at the game all night. The front desk lady was also great when we checked in.
