Schimmel, Schutz und Co -> Renovierung oder Abriss notwendig

Als wir ankamen wurden wir zuerst von einem defekten Gartentor begrüßt. Gefolgt von einem Haufen Schrott, der einem ins Auge gestochen hat. Im Haus hat es auf den ersten Blick einen gar nicht so schlechten Eindruck gemacht, aber als wir überall alte Kronkorken gefunden hatten, ging es uns schon anders. Gefolgt von einem alten Schnuller mit dem krönenden Abschluss eines alten Hähnchen Knochens. Schimmel an den Wänden, verdeckt mit Gegenständen. Renovierungen angefangen und nicht abgeschlossen, etc Wasserhahn locker, Duschvorhang abgerissen, Küchenschublade defekt, keine Verdunklungsvorhänge in allen Räumen, alte ausgemusterte Spinten dienten als Schränke. Der eine Schrank, der existierte war kaputt (Schranktüre ausgehangen,…) Geschirr war unzureichend,… um nur ein paar der Dinge zu nennen. Was positiv und gleichzeitig negativ war - die Bilder auf der Homepage entsprechen nicht der Realität. Die Böden wurden teilweise erneuert. Mich ärgert es wirklich, dass wir vorab alles bezahlen mussten, der Vermieter hätte sonst nur 2/3 seines Preises bekommen, denn dafür hätten wir uns fast schon ein Hotel nehmen können. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Wir waren 14 Peesonen und haben den Aufenthalt in Zorge genossen. Das,Hsus ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber die große Wohnküche mit langer Tafel war fpr uns alle perfekt.
