Just ok.

We stayed here 2 nights and it was just ok. The room didn’t have a table, so there was nowhere to put our stuff. The front desk clerk said some of them were in really bad shape and the new owner had to get rid of them. We may do with a couple extra chairs that she gave us. The employees were very nice, but the place was just OK.

Super comfortable beds… like sleeping on a cloud. Very friendly staff that went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The only suggestions I would have would be more attending at breakfast (the garbage cans were full and several items ran out) and move the ice machine away from the rooms because it was very loud in our room. Overall a very nice stay.

There were missing towels when I arrived and I had to go to the front desk to get more. The front desk employees however were always very helpful. The breakfast offered was good.

Good budget hotel

The property is older, but it was very clean and well kept. No elevator. The staff on duty at check in was very friendly and helpful. Our room was basic and small, but clean - king bed was wonderful. Tiny bathroom! It would be nice to have an iron in the rooms. Breakfast needs attention! The attendant did not restock refrigerated items such as fruit, yogurt, etc. ! We ate breakfast at 8:00 and there was little to choose from. There was no plasticware available and the trash can was overflowing. After tracking her down, the attendant finally came in and put out plasticware but didn’t remove the trash or add more food. Considering the amount charged for the stay, it could have been much better. All things considered, we’d stay there again because it was clean and reasonably updated.

Booked this room based on the high rating on Expedia. When we arrived we were taken back by the extremely strong use of air freshener to cover up their poor cleanliness. This is a two story hotel, we were given a room on the second floor, and when we asked where the elevator was they told us they did not have one. I told them that I was a 75 year old man with two knee replacements and that I could not portage my luggage up their stairs and asked them for help. The two people at the front desk refused to help us. I asked where their porter was and they said they had none. I then asked them to give us a room on the first floor and they said they would not in spite of there not being a single car in their parking lot. I then asked them to cancel our reservation and issue a refund due to them not being able to help me with my luggage and the poor cleanliness of the property and they refused. At that point we left and had to find another room to stay in that we could access. I called Expedia about this and they said they would call the hotel and ask them to authorize a refund which the hotel refused to do.
