There were bedbug shells we found in the mattress edges from a previous bed bug problem that were not cleaned up properly... i don't think i'll stay again. Bedding (sheet's) looked like they had not been cleaned, some kind of dog hair on them upon inspection. didn't stink like dog but hairs were present, obviously from an animal

Front desk was very pleasant and attentive. Room clean and mattress comfortable. However, we always choose a breakfast included facility, for speed as much as economy. We were given vouchers for breakfast at a Resturaunt. The voucher was worth about $9.00 with coffee not included. Our breakfast cost $30 after the voucher deduction and it took us almost an hour to be served. In the room We had no place to hang clothes—the one hook on the bathroom door was broken, no Kleenex, no drawers.

The floor of our room was sticky. The man at the office who checked us in kept saying how he didn’t know how much we spent because we booked our room through a 3rd party, as if that makes a difference in what I get when I arrive? If there are options to book through Expedia, I would expect the business to have access to what their customers are purchasing. Little concerning. At 6 am the room above ours began moving furniture and stomping. This continued until well after 8 am when we were so frustrated we packed our car and left. While backing out of our parking spot we watched the cleaning staff exit the room above ours. If cleaning at 6 am is standard practice, maybe communicate that to your patrons prior to booking. The complimentary breakfast isn’t on site and is extremely limited. Overall, would not recommend. Drive a little further and stay someplace a little less sketch.

Convenient location and the pool was nice. Snacks in the office were nice but they were not volunteered, I had to ask about them. We had a handicapped accessible room and the walk-in shower was very helpful. I was not informed that I needed to ask for daily cleaning if I wanted it and even when I did ask for it, I didn't get it. Also, the floor was so dirty that when I walked barefoot on it after my shower, my feet were black and I had to rewash them before getting into bed. We didn't particularly like the breakfast setup where we needed to go three blocks to a restaurant to eat. Just pancakes, french toast or biscuits and gravy - no protein, no beverage, no fruit included.
