We are in Walla Wall oven to visit our daughter in university. W have not stayed at the Whitman previously. We were placed in the west wing, which I assume is newer. The stay was lovely, the dinner at the restaurant was excellent (even with modification for dietary restrictions). we have stayed at many hotels, and this was our favorite.

The front desk staff was very helpful. Our room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing we were disappointed about was that we requested a room on a high floor with a view and were given a room on the 6th floor overlooking the gas station. One other thing to note is that the area where the soap dispensers are in the shower had mold on top of it.

Stayed in the “west wing”. Which was the large add on and was fine but not the historical room I hoped. Missing important parts for coffee - in the room and in the lobby. Not as special as it looked online
