There is no reason to stay anywhere else when in Wallace! This adorable, convenient and historic hotel has it all and is particularly quiet for an older establishment. Emily is a superb hostess and runs the place beautifully and efficiently. It is absolutely worth it to rent the "Madame's Suite" - a Victorian boudoir that will take you back in time and is extremely comfortable (the bed is really comfy and the giant tub is exquisite)! Absolutely DO have breakfast in their little brunch diner as the food is cooked-to-order and delicious - probably the best breakfast in all of Wallace. The location is so convenient that you will not have to move your car from the parking lot if you are going to stay in Wallace but if you venture out, know that the parking is ample when you do come back. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay and loved The Brooks. We will definitely be back!!

Great stay in Wallace

Super cute suite. Clean & quiet. Very convenient location. Went to Wallace to watch a play at the Melodrama and stayed the night. Walked to a bar ( Albertinis) for a pre show drink. Then walked to 1313 Club & Grill for after play food. Walked back to the room. Had a fabulous breakfast at Brooks restaurant this morning. Pet friendly ($20 fee) Our second time staying. Will definitely be back.

Had trouble starting TV and using Keurig. Tina took care of everything, including an electric heater for the cold temp! Recommend more detailed directions for TV and Keurig, especially pressing 6. Wonderful remodel and very comfortable bed.

Mini-split system would not work so we were really cold. Reported to front desk the next morning, since office closed at 8pm, and said she’d fix it but no apology for our discomfort. Also bathroom sink was clogged and kept backing up and reported this as well and no apology, just saying she’ll fix it.

Nice place

The rooms are a bit small, but they are clean and nice. The shower was awesome, but the shower head hits my shoulder lol. Over all the little lady at the front desk was very sweet and accomodating, and I enjoyed my stay. Although they did not honor my request for a dinner companion LOL. I kid of course.

We did not get the room that was pictured. Was expecting a kitchenette, and did not end up with that so it put a huge extra cost on the trip and we would have not stayed here knowing that. When we spoke to management, was told that the cost would be doble what we paid.
