White Hart Hitel

Parking area was nicely tucked and I felt it very safe. The room was great, clean and very comfy. And the staff were very friendly.

This is a very unique quaint Hotel. Rooms are comfortable and modern in an old style original hotel. Food in restaurant fantastic. Walks are good from the Hotel to the river Thames and around town to the Abbey. Loved our stay here.

Lovely room, good staff, tasty breakfast & free parking. Somewhat disappointing that there were no pastries left at breakfast midway during the set times. Breakfast staff were also slow to take orders.

It was great - but one thing to improve is the visibility of the small step just outside room 2. I tripped on it twice. The bathroom is a bit tired, the shower head needs attention and the cracks in the basin indicate that a refresh is needed. It would have been good to have a radio in the room but the tea making facilties were good.

Lovely old hotel

Great old hotel in the middle of a lovely unspoilt village. Very good parking, lovely clean room, excellent service but above all, very dog friendly. A good English breakfast prepared us for our onward journey. Great place, will stay again.

Had a very relaxed weekend away with my boyfriend, just what we needed after a crazy few months ! The staff were exceptionally friendly, the room was really lovely, very spacious & beautiful decor. The bathroom was lovely, very clean - shower wasnt the best in the world, but was still ok & it wouldn’t put me off staying again! The food was tasty & service with a smile every time ! Thank you for a lovely relaxed stay!

An excellent stay in an excellent location, made all the more special by the attentive nature of the staff, where nothing was too much trouble. From sorting out late night taxis, to extending checkout times for one member of our group, nothing seemed to be a problem. Comfy rooms and excellent breakfast, equals we would return in a heartbeat.

Quirky hotel in a pretty village

A beautiful old building in a delightful setting. Very quiet despite being on the High St. The room was quite spacious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was a bit tired but adequate. The cooked breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely little stay. The resturant is super modern and we had a nice breakfast. Bedroom we were allocated was older in style and needs renovating. All staff were very friendly and welcoming
