Pros: Really comfortable King bed and generous ensuite in a quiet location
Cons: Hard to contact the owner on arrival/mobile coverage bad in the area
Location: Away from it all, Very private property
Value: Boutique B/B prices; Service: Respectful, Courteous, Wonderful big breadfast ; Cleanliness: Beautiful; The beach was not too far away and our stay was quiet away from busy holiday destinations

Pros: Comfy beds, lots of space. Breakfast tray well supplied and nicely presented
Cons: Day to day arrangements hard to make and could be a bit hit and miss eg no butter one day, no dishcloth and communication with host only by text
Location: Nice position, Accessible
Facilities: Nice , Distinctive; Value: Acceptable price, Reasonable; Service: Courteous; Cleanliness: Tidy, Nice; The Bellarine Peninsula is a great place and easily accessible. Quirky nature of Faulty Towers would appeal to many people.
