Room was very clean. The staff were very professional. The morning of checkout, the young woman working the desk worked tirelessly keeping everything wiped down, while checking people out. Very clean!

Oct 17,2025We checked in, but getting off elevator we smelled a strong odor. Both rooms were too smelly. We found mold and suspect there was more as walls had been patched and repainted. Top sheet was torn, floors were dirty. Returned to front desk but unable to get a refund without manager approval. Have reported to Microtel corporate office, Travelocity and called hotel repeatedly. Still no refund. Oct 20,2025

I have stayed in several hotels within a 15 mile radius of this hotel and this was the BEST. The only thing ....which was not a biggy...but there was no 24 hour coffee or water station in lobby...yes there are kerugs but those are normally not cleaned properly after each use in rooms... Breakfast hours should be extended to at least 10 The bathroom in our room had a slight smell...but i was able to sprayit with my lysol. Overall....i will be back to this location and I loved it... Hotel staff that was on duty during our check-in was very friendly and down to earth. We had 4 rooms.

Clean room. Really nice staff. Very quiet and convenient to freeway. The only problem was the bathroom sink ran very slowly.
