My bedding was dirty. I requested for new sheets. No one came to change them. It was very noisy. The walls are extremely thin. I could hear conversations next door, a dog constantly whining and barking, and people slamming doors and yelling all times of the night.

Not Customer Friendly

Met with several challenges at check-in that greatly impacted my stay. Upon arrival, I was not informed that the phones were not working, claimed from a prior storm, had problems with the TV, requiring multiple trips to the front desk since phones not working---and found staff to be aloof to fixing the TV and the inconvenience my being forced to make multiple trips from my room to gain their attention...instead of relaxing after a long drive, was pretty frustrated.

I thought the shower was dangerous! Very difficult to find the right mix of hot and cold water. The hot water coming out could very easily burn someone badly. The hardware should be replaced in the sink. It was a nice room for what we paid. Seemed clean, and safe although it did have a connecting room. Was disappointed with the breakfast offerings. Very sparse.

The room was clean but it smelled a little musty. Once the cricket stopped chirping it was quiet for the rest of the night. The a/c worked great and parking was ample. The tv and cable definitely had enough channels to watch. Breakfast was good and the staff is very friendly. Overall a good value for the money!

The tub did not drain. The curtains and carpet were filthy. The bathroom floor was dirty and there was toilet paper wadded behind the bathroom door. The room had an odor of urine. The air conditioner unit had bugs living in it. However, the staff was friendly. The breakfast was lovely and the sheets were clean.
