Fibre Wi-Fi makes it easy to stay connected, whether you`re catching up on work or planning your next adventure.

The bedroom features a comfortable bed and plenty of storage, while the modern bathroom adds a little extra luxury with underfloor heating and heated towel rails - perfect after a day exploring the mountains.

The home has been built with energy efficiency in mind, including high-performance insulation and a ventilation system that keeps the space fresh and comfortable throughout the seasons.

You`ll have the entire self-contained unit to yourself, with a private entrance and dedicated access.

Self check-in via secure lockbox makes arrival easy and flexible.

Free parking is available on the street directly outside the property.

~~ A Few Things to Note ~~

The unit is located on the same property as the main home, but is completely self-contained and designed with your privacy and comfort in mind.

As a newly completed property, some of the surrounding landscaping is still being established, although there is clear and easy access to the unit.

A car is recommended for making the most of Wanaka and the surrounding area.

HOUSE RULES
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to respect our neighbours, the following house rules must be followed at all times.

No loud noise after 10:00 pm
As the property is located in a residential area, all outdoor noise must cease after 10:00 pm. Neighbours have been asked to report any disturbances. If you feel this may be difficult to comply with, this property may not be suitable for your stay.

Minimum age requirement
The minimum age for the primary guest making the booking is 20 years old. The primary guest must stay at the property for the full duration of the booking and may be required to provide valid photo ID upon request.
New Year`s bookings: For bookings that include New Year`s Eve (31 December), the minimum age requirement for the primary guest is 25 years old.

No parties without prior approval
Parties, events or gatherings are not permitted unless approved by Lakeview Properties in advance. Any unauthorised event may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. Approved gatherings may incur additional guest fees.

Check-out time – 10:00 am
Check-out is strictly by 10:00 am. Late check-out requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

No smoking inside
Smoking and vaping, including the use of recreational drugs, are strictly prohibited inside the property.

Property condition on departure
Please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. Additional cleaning beyond the standard cleaning service will be charged at $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported promptly and may incur repair or replacement costs.

Board games (if applicable)
Please return all board games and pieces to their original boxes before departure. A $60 fee will apply if reassembly or sorting is required by cleaners.

BBQ use (if applicable)
The BBQ and all utensils must be thoroughly cleaned after use. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

Agreement
By confirming your booking and staying at the property, you agree to comply with these house rules and any additional property-specific requirements provided before or during your stay.
