Am ersten Morgen stand unser Bad komplett unter Wasser, wasser lief aus der Decke. Am nächsten Morgen mussten wir kalt duschen, weil es kein warm Wasser gab.

Ok, aber Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt ok. Allerdings ist die Wohnung deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, mit Ausnahme des neu renovierten und schönen Bades. Es fehlten einige wenige Objekte (Staubsauger, Besen, Haartrockner). Der Balkon war bei unserer Ankunft offenbar seit mehreren Monaten nicht gereinigt worden, da musste das (sehr freundliche!) Reinigungsteam leider noch mal ran. Die Balkontür selbst war aus den Angeln gehoben - repariert wurde sie während unserer Aufenthaltszeit nicht. Zu alledem gesellte sich noch ein Wasserschaden - im Badezimmer kam das Wasser durch die Decke, vermutlich aus der Wohnung über uns.Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt okay, wir würden auch durchaus wiederkommen... allerdings stehen drei Tage zu einem Preis von knapp 400 in keinem vernünftigen Verhältnis. Unseren nächsten Nordseeurlaub haben wir daher nun in einer benachbarten Unterkunft gebucht, zur Hälfte des Preises.
