Recht gut, allerdings mit einigen Schwächen

WLAN funktionierte fast die gesamte Zeit nicht Toilettenanschluss undicht Waschbeckenabfluss verstopft Dusche mit Schimmel in den Fugen und im Silikon Tapete in der gesamten Wohnung beschädigt Lampen teilweise ohne Abdeckung / defekt Die Fenster waren sehr schmutzig, dadurch fühlte sich die gesamte Wohnung schäbig an Ich würde diese Wohnung (!) nicht weiterempfehlen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen am Telefon waren hilfsbereit, allerdings wirkten sie auch etwas hilflos...

Zu klein für 5 Erwachsene und ein Kind . Matratzen nicht in Ordnung eine kaputt. Küche auf dem Flur

Die Küche auf dem Flur nicht OK . Für die anderen zu laut wer etwas länger schlafen möchte . Waschmaschine wäre von Vorteil . Die Töpfe zu wenig und ein Sieb um etwas abzuschütten fehlte . Das Wasser im Waschbecken lief sehr schlecht ab .Das Treppenhaus müsste wenigstens jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt werden. Ältere Leute sollten darauf hingewiesen werden das Sie Treppen steigen müssen. Für mich war der Standard zu teuer da bin ich anderes gewohnt in den Wohnungen die ich bereits angemietet hatte .

Geräumige und helle Wohung in sehr guter Lage.

Sauber, ordentlich, gut eingerichtet, in Fußnähe zur Fußgängerzone. Ein klitzekleiner, aber wirklich kleiner Wermutstropfen ist, das nur ein Badezimmer, bzw. eine Toilette vorhanden ist, da die Wohnung für bis zu zwei Familien ausgerichtet ist. Sonst alles bestens!

Gute Lage und bauliche Ausstattung, billigstes Inventar

Die Lage direkt am Rosengarten etwa auf halbem Weg zwischen Bahnhof und Strand ist sehr gut. Auch die handwerkliche Ausstattung lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Das Wohnzimmer ist für mehr als 3 Personen sehr knapp bemessen. Enttäuschend ist das Inventar: Alles vom Allerbilligsten, Tisch wackelig, Matratzen brauchbar aber erkennbar schlicht, Schränke mit zu wenig Ablagefläche aus schlichtestem Material. Sofa riecht muffig. Alles in allem ein Widerspruch zwischen guter Substanz und schlichtestem Inventar. Zu dem Tagespreis dürfte man deutlich Besseres erwarten.
