The room was spotless, the staff were very approachable and friendly. I’ve stayed here before, many years ago, was disappointed the pool is now filled in . I could smell cigarettes smell , not sure where it was coming from as it wasn’t the immediate neighbouring rooms , and there were pesky little ants , but not in any food , just surface crawling All in all it was a pleasant stay, easy ti find and easy access to the town centre

All facilities are good except missing air dryer. Manager too keen on return key policy. Feel like being monitor when checking out. I even received a call from manager in regards to missing tower that i have no idea whete it went. Dont feel good. Period.

A nice little motel, with friendly Aussie staff, everything worked as it should, TV, air con, Jug ect, shower was great, and the bed was comfortable, happy to stay there again.

Friendly staff and has all the basic amenities. Soundproofing was very poor, I could hear cars, trains, and even next door’s microwave. The bed was too soft. Air conditioner remote was half-broken, I couldn’t adjust the temperature so the room was either too warm or too cold. Overall, not ideal for light sleeper or sensitive to room temperature.

Pros: Low cost, ok for one night while travelling. Obviously manager does their best , and the room was clean and neat, but needs lots of renovation. Whole place pretty run down.

Extreme disappointment- upon check in the manager said oh I was going to call you the carpet in your room is really stained and we need new carpet and it hasn’t come. They then moved us to another room to which was hot and smelt so when I opened the window the fly screen had massive holes so all bugs flew in. The kids then got in bed which they then couldn’t stop sneezing and had swollen eyes due to the dusty dirty blankets … I had to remove them from the beds I then tried to shower the kids as they had allergies from the dirt -The shower was dirty so my kids refused to get in - this is unacceptable. I know it’s not a new hotel but we stay in many regional areas and cleanliness in important. We checked out a day early with no response from the owners … this motel should not be operating with these standards it needs to be assessed.
