Received no correspondence from the hotel prior to arrival which was disappointing as always get this from others.
Only when I emailed them the day before arrival via ebookers I received a note advising details of the address and security code for entry.
Taxi cost 72 zolty from airport or you can get the 148 bus direct (can purchase tickets on the bus & use a credit card). 15 zolty for a 24 hour bus/tram/subway pass valid from once you punch it in the machine.
Transport links to the apartment are very good.
Visit the Palace of Culture & Science Museum which only costs 20 zolty (15 pensioners/students) to view the top of its terrace. An amazing view of Warsaw!
Towels were provided but small in size.
Saw silverfish in bathroom. Extractor fan doesn't work and there is no shower curtain so water splashes everywhere and a safety risk. There was no mop provided. The bathroom smelt damp as a result.
Room given was no 1309 and is dated. Refer to the older photos on the advert & not the newer refurbished ones.
There was cutlery & glasses provided through.
Shame no complementary water or coffee/tea was provided - considering we arrived late @1am.
There is a local shop on site.
Listing states 'free toiletries provided' but weren't so ensure you take soap & shower gel / shampoo.
Central heating doesn't work until after c7pm.
No WiFi password was provided either. On next morning after arrival was told WiFi details were "on a piece of furniture in the hallway on the cabinet" but they were
