The Neighborhood:
This homely one-bedroom apartment is located in the apartment building with an elevator in Ochota district at Białobrzeska Street. The location combined proximity to green areas, well-developed local infrastructure and convenient access to the strict city center. Near the building there is a green square with a playground for children, and in just 15 minutes on foot you can reach the Zachodni Park - a bigger green enclave to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The location takes care of all daily needs, as there are many stores and restaurants in the area. Banach Hall, a shopping complex with a traditional supermarket and outdoor bazaar, is a 10-minute walk away. The area is well communicated: there are many bus and tram stops within 500-meter radius, and the Warszawa Zachodnia Railway Station is also nearby (1 km from the apartment).
