Fantastic location, even the standard rooms are well appointed with good views - we had one of the park adjacent. Not the usual soulless Marriott effort in terms of decor and very polite staff. A bargain for the price and standard.

My stay at Hotel Bristol was overall very good. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping team did an incredible job. I also really appreciated the special occasion decorations and the attention to detail — it made the experience feel thoughtful and memorable. My only disappointment was with the breakfast service. I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, and breakfast is usually a highlight. Unfortunately, the food here did not feel fresh, and the service was noticeably slow. I had dirty plates sitting on my table for over 20 minutes before anyone noticed, and at times orders were forgotten completely. To add some perspective, I stayed at a lower-class hotel just a few days earlier in Krakow, and the breakfast service there was substantially better. Aside from this issue, the hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained. With improvements to the breakfast experience, it would easily be a top-tier stay.

The entire hotel was alway very clean. It was very quiet and relaxing. The staff were all very friendly and genuinely interested in making my stay comfortable. The breakfast had many good choices, was fresh, and delicious.

Exceptional hotel with outstanding service and staff on hand. The Hotel is in the perfect location for walking to the Old Town area with numerous restaurants, shops, and sightseeing spots close by. The room was very spacious and clean and well stocked with amenities. This Hotel would definitely be my first choice for any future visits to Warsaw. Highly recommended.

Great hotel but be aware that they close the street in front of the hotel every Friday evening through Monday morning making it impossible to get a car/taxi to come near the hotel. Definitely a problem if you have any challenges with mobility. Also the hotel shuttle is insanely expensive compared to uber rates, so use uber/bolt when possible.

Disappointing

Really OMD are getting tiered, food in room service, breakfast and cafe below parr by a lot. I think the hotel is loosing its edge. Next time will try another hotel that is newer
