Pros: Arrived day late as plane cancelled from Tallinn- another night in Tallinn - lot air paid. we lost one night paid for at Leonardo thru wotif.
Location: Half hour walk to old town but good location as shops restaurants nearby.
Understand non refundable but under circumstances am disappointed with wotif and Leonardo re wasted one night paid for. Arrived one day late as evening flight from Tallinn totally cancelled. Had to overnight in Tallinn again as no choice. Hotel not helpful about that. Would expect refund from wotif under the circumstances.

Limited help from staff

Staff were not helpful - we are from Australia and needed help with tours, bookings, phone calls, food etc and the girl at reception would not help, and couldn't offer any suggestions or alternatives, this was very upsetting. Bathroom in room smelt upon arrival and continued to smell. Hotel was in a good location for walking to main attractions.
