The only possible negative was that we both had the impression from the marketing on website that 1) property overlooked the Old Town square and 2) there was airport shuttle included. Neither were that important, just stating that we had those impressions which we then adjusted to.

The apartment is incredible. The epitome of luxury sitting right on the old town square. The vaulted ceilings give it an exceptionally high end feel. The beds are very comfortable. Alex, our host, was very kind and friendly as well as prompt with our communication. The apartment was quiet too even with it being so centrally located. Do yourself a favor, book this place if you want a wonderful place to relax in after long days of touring beautiful Warsaw.

Loved it, we got early check in. Best location in warsaw. Alex was great at the front desk.

Incredible apartment. Laura and Alex were fantastic hosts. Very walkable area with lots to eat adjacent to the apartment. I can’t say enough good things about our stay - it was perfect. Extra special thanks to Laura for everything.

This hotel does not have a reception which made me a little nervous but communicating with the host was easy and he was very accommodating. The apartment was beautiful and the location is super convenient. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic property, host and location. Alex was extremely friendly, communicative and helpful, doing whatever possible to meet our travel needs. The apartment was in a wonderful location in old town, with great views, a spacious living area and beautifully decorated. Would not hesitate to return, a well-deserved 5 stars.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment with a spectacular view of the heart of Old Town. Service was outstanding. Only drawbacks — no elevator and a steep staircase, and the taxi dropped us at the wrong entrance to the square.

Everything was perfect except for the stairs…. Its three floors up and no elevator, just keep this in mind if you’re traveling with babies or lots of luggage.

The room we reserved was amazing!! Alex met us outside as we were a little confused about where to go when we arrived (not clearly marked - or at least not to us). We couldn't have found a better place to stay at or a better owner to work with. Loved that the windows fully opened and that we had a beautiful view of the square!! Definitely a great place to stay and we hope to return one day!

We travelled with 2 other couples. Property advertises they are located in Old Town Square. When we arrived 2 of the 3 apts were right in old town square and they were beautiful, however the 3rd was about 1 mile away and was not in old town square. The women that met us to check us in was very nice but proceeded to show me the address that was in my reservation. What do I know about Polish addresses. I booked old town market square and they switch it all written in small print. Beware. These are individually owned apts and you rent from a management company. We ended up just staying in one of the 2 units with our friends we never stayed in the 3rd place. I am surprised Expedia and Booking allow this company to advertise with a Photo of Old Town Market Square and description the same but one of there units is about a mile away. Poland is great this wasn’t a good experience.

Located in the best part of Warsaw. Right in the old town square with all the old startle building architecture, cobblestone streets, cafes and restaurants. All the best sites nearby. The rest of Warsaw is just a big modern city. The apartment is great.

Laura who checked me in to the property was great!! I had issues figuring out the TV remotes 😂 and Laura was so helpful and communicative! The property was unexpectedly beautiful. Pictures don’t do it justice. Would highly recommend this place!
