This hotel used to be great but it is in serious need of refurbishment. Also, the amenities in the room are low quality and the room itself looked old and I’m not too sure how clean it was since it’s quite dark. On one of the days that I did have breakfast, which was included in the room price, there was no seating in the restaurant. I had to sit in the bar area where I ordered eggs Benedict which arrived cold and drowning in even colder hollandaise sauce. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you have no other option.

Interiors are a bit dated. The property needs to be updated. Customer service is just okay, not the greatest. I booked it through Hotels.com WITH breakfast (there was a $0 cost associated with it) and yet when I checked in was told breakfast was not included. When selecting it it clearly said that it was and I selected that option. Next to it, it had $0 associated with the breakfast (I have a screen shot of it). When I did the insta chat with Hotels.com they also said it was not included. Very frustrating.

It was a lovely hotel with big room and a desk ideal to work on. The lounge area downstairs ws a nice are to relax in after a long day offering nicce cocktails.

I cannot fault this hotel at all. The service was professional and impeccable. The staff were courteous and professional.. reception was lovely. Breakfast was amazing The fitness cenre was fantastic. The bar staff were great. I want to thank gabriella sebastian and andrei and the bar manager Klaudi in particular Ive been in a lot of hotels in the world and frankly this is one of the best in Waraw. Management should ve proud of their staff for whatever directivex they gave it waz truly an amazing experience for me. Thank you and please thank your staff.

Not much to do around the property but the service was brilliant except, the breakfast was very good, the pool facilities were amazing, the steam room and jacuzzi was not working though and we did not use the gym. The room was very tidy, very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It was handy having an iron and ironing board in the wardrobe and the safe was easy to use. The only issue we had was at check in, we arrived just after 1500 and they said we had no room available just yet, we had to wait 45 minutes for our room.

Very nice hotel conveniently located next to Lazienki Park. Beautiful wellness area with pool, gym and sauna. The only bad part is that pillows were very flat.

Paid 85PLN for breakfast [1], but then was told there was nowhere to sit. Had to request refund to get allocated a seat Was then asked to pay extra for oat milk coffee even though its included in the restaurant. Bread and croissant trays were empty and not replenished. Breakfast in lobby is not as good as breakfast in the bar. No response from management to written complaint on this. Much better options in Warsaw.

I booked a twin room way in advance just to be told at the check-in that I will be staying in a king room. I said a few times to the receptionists Aren (as far as I remember) that this is not acceptable and I order a twin room a reason and it was not down to him to change my reservation. He was pretending for a few minutes to be dealing with that at the end he offered a additional smaller bed to be delivered to my room and guessed what it was not delivered at all! He also told me at the check-in that my reservation was paid for and I said to him twice that I was not, he persisted to claim that is was, and orcours it was not and I had to pay for it when I was checking out whichbwas very stressful as my Uber was already waiting for me outside and I was running out of time. The shower (the small shower head with hose) in the bathroom wasn't working. The there are no plug sockets at the bedside, so you cannot have your phone on the bedside table if you need to charge it. The carper needs either a good cleaning or replacing. For a 5 star hotel the staff really lacks skills and also although it might be controversial it would be nice if the hotel considered that the Polish guests wouldn't mind to be talked to in Polish language by the restaurant staff, no everyone wants or can speak English! If you hire someone a basic level of Polish should be a must, this should be more important than cheaper labour! Overall this hotel need an upgrade, I won't stay there again, it is a 3* hotel.
