I had intended to reserve a hotel for May 21th; however, due to an error, the booking was inadvertently made for July 21th. Fortunately, Google Calendar quickly brought this discrepancy to my attention. Realizing the mistake less than 24 hours after the reservation was made, I promptly contacted Expedia to correct the booking date. Unlike my previous positive experiences with Expedia, this time I received no meaningful assistance. Expedia staff indicated that only the hotel could resolve the issue, despite the circumstances and the promptness of my request. As a result, when I arrived at the hotel on May 20th, I was informed that my reservation was not valid for that date, and I was required to pay the full rate for a second time in order to secure a room. To make matters worse, I did not check in on July 20th, as I was not present at the property on that date. Essentially, I paid twice for a single stay, with no resolution or refund offered for the reservation I was unable to use. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and misled. The lack of support from Expedia, paired with the hotel’s inability to accommodate a reasonable correction, gives the appearance of an unfair and possibly predatory practice.

Very modern and upscale hotel, friendly staff. Right at the airport terminal. Only instant coffee in the room may be a setback though. Breakfast and in hotel restaurant very expensive.

Shower drain doesn't work well, water accumulates very fast and go out the shower cabin. Overall the room is very nice. Hotel staff at the breakfast area is extremely polite, kind and helpful ❤️

fancy looking breakfast, but beneath the very nice presentation you had to carefully select the actual healthy food items and differentiate from all other "attractive" choices; overall, good variety, so I was able to find what I valued as natural good food (e.g. - freshly squeezed juice, as an alternative to "made from concentrate"); the hotel itself - very clean, well maintained, elegant I'd say, with a very nice SPA (included access to pool, saunas, showers) and great massage service available on short notice; very convenient - practically as if on the airport grounds
