Cute and quiet place, but my husband and I had serious issues with the host. I’m Latina, and when I didn’t answer my phone she had a Spanish-speaking person call me instead, which felt discriminatory to me. When we arrived and were still in the car, she yelled at us for not having “read” everything yet. She made a derogatory comment about my weight as we collected our things. During our stay we could hear her talking about us through the walls, including my food poisoning when I vomited, how my husband used the bathroom, and comments about our conversations. She also admitted this. She complained about me being sick, despite never making a mess.The host entered our area, came to the door when I was not dressed, and said she had taken pictures of us while we were sleeping to prove the door was open. Her dog ran into our room even though my husband has allergies, then asked him to remove the dog and said it was hypo-allergenic, there is no such thing. There were also rule and comfort issues: the 10-minute shower limit was not listed even though it was enforced; the room thermostat was locked(not pictured in the listing) so we had to ask her for any changes and open the windows at night to cool the room due to awkwardness; and she tried to add an extra fee for a few hours of cooler air.I fully expect a passive-aggressive comment. Buyer beware. DO NOT talk about private matters in her home.And the bed is the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept in.
