Right off the bat, host was quick to answer a couple of questions and confirm the rental despite being months away. Host continued to be quick to answer all questions and concerns ahead of time (and during), and amenable to my group's needs.As a group of 7 staying there, it was spacious, and even a group of 10 (that it lists), it would still be more than sufficient room.The games room was a nice perk, with various forms of entertainment, as well as app-enabled TV's in each of the common areas. Being a short walk to the beachfront (Beach 5) was a nice bonus, too.The property generally had a lot of things you'd likely forget and/or many properties don't have, such as a nearly all-encompassing set of kitchen cookwares tablewares.Check out instructions were all very simple, with no crazy amounts of over the top cleaning and such.Overall happy with this, especially compared to some of the other properties folks have listed in the Wasaga Beach area for either similar prices or similar property qualities/size!
