Quiet cottage next door to Sturgeon Point Marina!! Sleeps 4 to 6 people. 2 bedrooms- 1 room has 1 queen size bed, other bedroom has 2 twin beds. Living room has a pull out sofa. full kitchen with fridge stove, washer dryer microwave and dishwasher. We also have a bbq and picnic tables and a great fire pit. The beach is a 10 minute walk and all amenities are nearby.

My first impression wasn't good at all...dirty floors, dirty countertops, tables, chairs and fixtures. Microwave oven was disgusting!! Didn't clean or use that! The master bedroom was dirty as well were the sheets and full of sand...automatic indicator of "previously slept-in" sheets. I swept and mopped the whole place! DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY and a distinct odor from neglect! After about 90 minutes of continual cleaning, only then was I satisfied about staying....FYI. Whomever is doing your cleaning it is NOT worth it... Gimme a call and I can clean to a much higher standard but oh yeah...what's a standard or regulation these days. Shame for Shame....

This was a cozy little place that I would visit again it had great yard space and it was pet and kid friendly me and my family had a wonderful time sitting around the fire pit or last night it's not too far from the beach and all other fun activities it wasn't too hard to get to and from places we needed to go but me and my family would definitely go back only downsizes there was no seating in the back yard but easy fix

Don't recommend this property.
The cottage was dirty. Linens not clean. It was rainy and the roof leaked. Had to use buckets to catch the steady flow from the ceiling. Garbage under beds. Had my 4 yr old granddaughter with us. Not an enjoyable experience. We were there for my father's celebration of life. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE COTTAGE.
