Private Country Farmhouse

Bring the whole family to stay in this simple, but comfortable farmhouse which was built in the early 1900s. It sits on a hill surrounded by rolling Lancaster County farmland and distant views of the Susquehanna River. Complimentary light breakfast items and coffee (for your first morning) is included to help you settle in! Enjoy your coffee on the wrap around porch with farmland views, while planning trips to nearby attractions such as historic Columbia, Turkey Hill Attraction, downtown Lancaster, Hershey Park, and more. One mile from the Rail Trail for great hiking, one mile to a boat launch, or explore one of the many local parks. Minutes from Millersville University and convenient to Rt 441 and Rt. 30.

The “Sunflower” room has a queen bed and is on the first floor. There is a full bathroom (with tub) on the first floor. The upstairs bedrooms have a queen (blue) with a second tv, a double (pink), and another Queen (green). There is a full bathroom (shower only) on the second floor. There is a toddler bed (crib size) available as well.

The house is wonderful. Nice and clean, roomy and very comfortable. I would recommend this house to anyone traveling through or visiting Lancaster. This is the second stay in this house and it is so welcoming and the location is great, close to Lancaster but also on the outskirts in the country. They have done a great job making us feel welcome. We will stay there again

Awesome stay
We loved our stay! The house was clean & nicely decorated. The rooms were spacious & there was plenty of room for my rambunctious children to play, plus my mom could have her own space. Emerson was also fantastic to work with. We definitely hope to stay here again!

The setting reminded me of my childhood days living in the country on the Eastern Shores of Maryland very laid back and quiet. Beautiful country side great sunrises and settings, Emerson is a wonderful host and maybe someday I can get back and spend some time on the farm. Thanks!!!

Beautiful old farmhouse. We loved sitting out on the porch and watching the animals at the farm next door. The large kitchen table was the perfect place to play board games. If you want the old farm house experience, this is the perfect location.

The stay was great. The home was very clean with plenty of space for the team we brought. Everyone enjoyed hanging out at the large kitchen table and spending time in the living room playing chess and board games.
