We had two MAJOR issues with this property. Firstly, it was advertised as having a heated pool. When we arrived, we found out the pool was closed for the season. That was not mentioned in the listing and WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPPOINTING since it was one of the primary reasons we booked this place. We intended to do a lot of walking in DC and wanted a pool to sooth our tired bodies each evening. We would have booked a hotel with an indoor pool at much lower cost if we had known this pool was closed. I called the customer service number and brought it to the attention of the person I spoke with, who promised to have someone in marketing call me, but I never received a call. I still would like to talk with someone who can address this concern. Secondly, the main bed had a very cheap and uncomfortable mattress. At this price, I expect decent bedding, and this was a big letdown. My wife could not sleep on this bed and was forced to sleep on the sleeper sofa.
