The bathrooms in the room are old and need to be updated. Only two sets of towels (for a couple) were in the room; no extras. Bad check-in experience. Fir a boutique hotel, I was very disappointed by appearance.

Excellent location 1.5 blocks to the White House & to Metro stop for 3 lines and connection to a 4th line to get almost anywhere you want to go. Multiple restaurants in walking distance. There are plenty of police around, as so close to the White House. Full size apartment with a kitchen. Quiet room. Helpful front desk. Highly recommend it.

While it was clean, our room was not ready until almost an hour after checkin time. Extremely irritating. Clean and nice rooms, but no in room amenities, like coffee, dish soap, lotion, drying rags, etc.

My stay was for 5 days. It was a great location and the property was perfect for us. The only issue I have is that coffee was served between 7-9 am and it was empty 4 out of the 5 times before 9 am. Once there were no cups for coffee and 3 times the milk was also empty.
