This space is located in a Historic Capitol Hill Row House, originally built in the 1880's, boasts historic accents, modern luxuries, kitchen, an open floor plan, and sleeps two (2) comfortably. The bedroom features a King bed and comfortable sheets and bedding.

The location is ideal to the Capitol Building, Library of Congress, Supreme Court, Union Station, Eastern Market, and the new Whole Foods that anchors the bustling H Street corridor. Perfect for business travelers and couples wanting to explore Washington D.C.

Guests will have full access to the private space with kitchenette and bath in the unit. Although the house is only a short walk to several bus stops and two (2) of the main Metro stations (Union Station and Eastern Market, I can provide a parking pass upon request that will allow you to park in front of the house.

PARKING: On-street parking requires a zoned parking permit, which is provided free of charge for guests to park one vehicle during their stay upon request. P

Listing was just as described. It was clean, well equipped for our stay, and very convenient. The host was helpful and responsive. It is within walking distance of all the Capital sites and the Eastern Market shopping area. Check in and out was easy and convenient. The bed was very comfortable and the shower water nice and hot. It was great to have free parking on the street right in front of the apartment. We would definitely stay here again.

We were overly pleased with our anniversary stay in the studio. We decided to go with a Vrbo instead of your typical hotel room.Everything is as described in the add. Check in was easy and simple. Studio was clean and fully functional with all the features.Very safe area of DC…wasn’t concerned at anytime. Was able to park directly in front of the studio. My Daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights. It was perfect for what we needed. The bed was comfortable, and parking was not a problem from Thursday-Saturday in April, and we could walk to transportation and restaurants!
