Step into our newly renovated 3-bedroom home, thoughtfully designed for comfort, style, and a truly relaxing stay.

The master bedroom features a luxurious California king bed for a royal sleep, while the additional bedrooms offer a queen bed and a full bed, ensuring plenty of space for everyone.

Unwind with movie nights or binge your favorite shows on the two TVs in the living room and master bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze, with modern appliances, ample counter space, a microwave, oven, and dining table for family-style meals.

The bathroom comes stocked with essentials, including fresh towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, and a relaxing bathtub.

Stay productive or connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. Additional comforts include air conditioning, heating, iron, wine glasses, books, and reading materials.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire upstairs unit during their stay. Please note that the basement may be occupied by other guests.

Backyard:
The backyard is pretty large. You’re welcome to use it. It’s a peaceful space to grab some fresh air (outdoor furniture will be an option soon) the steps or grass box are the only options for sitting outside at the moment. The area is fenced 3/4 of the way around for added privacy from neighbors. The backyard is a shared space for all guests.

No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property to keep it fresh and clean. Any violation will incur a $500 fee.

No Pets: Pets are not permitted. Violation will incur a $500 fee.

No Parties or Events: Please respect our neighbors. Hosting parties or events is prohibited. Any violation will incur a $1,000 fee.

Quiet Hours: Maintain quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. No loud noise after 10 PM.

Check-Out: Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $100 per hour fee.

No events, gatherings, or unlisted guests are allowed. At any given time during your reservation, the maximum occupants should never exceed the reservation count.

Any violations of our guest policy will result in fees and potentially termination of your reservation without a refund. Please declare the accurate number of overnight guests BEFORE completing your reservation.

Extra virtual key fee: $25 per key
Lost physical key fee: $200 per occurrence
Lockout fee: $50 per occurrence
