You will be able to work directly with owner. We want to make staying in our home the best possible experience from start to finish.

This town home is one of the few Coral Ridge properties right across the street from the Clubhouse. We have this unit and another one in the mirror image right next door if you need room for more. You will enjoy being able to walk across the street for access to two large pools, 2 hot tubs, fitness center, showers, small putting green, kitchen and lounge.

We also have nice outdoor seating on the side courtyard as well as on the back patio. Enjoy grilling outside on the Weber Gas grill with access to a grassy yard.

Our home is completely professionally furnished and everything is brand new. Each bed has total comfort in mind from the mattress to down comforters. Each room has been tastefully decorated and staged for your maximum comfort.

Some of the amenities of the house include; three flat screen smart televisions with cable service, blue tooth capable sound system, DVD player, high speed wireless internet, fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, washer and dryer, master bedroom with a king bed walk in closet, master bath, bedroom 2 with queen bed, bedroom 3 with two bunk beds full on bottom twins on top (sleeps 6), 2nd bathroom, luxury bedding, two car garage, alarm clocks in each bedroom with radios, desk/office space and much more.

If you enjoy golfing we are right next door to Coral Canyon Golf Course. Access to golf paths are just up our street.

There is also a stocked fishing pond just adjacent to the Coral Ridge Community where you can enjoy fishing right out your door.

Washington Utah townhome

The property was perfect for our 2-week stay. We were fairly close to both Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon, as well as multiple golf courses in the area. Having the pool and hot tub just across the street was an added bonus! The property is loaded with games, books, and activities for children so this would be a perfect location for young families!

A Fun Family Getaway!

AMAZING host and GREAT home

We stayed with our 4 young kids at Charie’s beautiful home. It was immaculately clean, well stocked (kids loved the toys!), and in a great location. It was perfect for what we needed. The AC wasn’t working the first night but Charie went above and beyond to make it right- so grateful for a responsive host. My only complaint (& may not bother some people) is that the deterrent used for the sheets is extremely strong. If you are sensitive to fragrances at all it was very overwhelming. Otherwise everything was amazing!

Wonderful location and home!

The home is beautiful, spacious, and well located. The host, Charie, is very communicative and helpful. Our family traveled to Zion NP and Kanarra Falls from this location. Zion NP is about 40 minutes and Kanarra about 35. Easy and quick drives. The house is lovely and well stocked.

Lovely as always!!

This home is amazing! Everything you need and more. This is our third time staying at CRR and it never disappoints! The owners are kind, helpful and available if you should need them. The house is in a great location to get to anywhere in St. George and the surrounding areas. We will continue to come back every time!

Fun family trip

Stayed with my family for a weekend to visit a couple different surrounding area events. We loved this VRBO. It was very clean and beautiful. The community center was great with some fun amenities. All seven of us were easily accommodated in the VRBO. When we visit St. George again this one will be at the top of our list.

Perfect St George Property

Fun stay for presidents day sweekend

We stayed for 5 days over presidents day weekend. We have stayed in this area before at a different condo. We really enjoyed this one the most. The layout was great. Had those little extras, I appreciated as a parent like some games, toys and dvds for our younger kids. We loved the pool and the cute towels. The owner was responsive when we had questions and lots of information for family and adult activities. We will be coming back again soon!!!!

Great central location and amenities

The location of this property was perfect for access to all that Southwest Utah has to offer. having the community center right across the street to relax in the pools or hot tubs was fantastic after long days of hiking and golf. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils you could possibly need and was a great help for us as it made cooking in a breeze. Will definitely recommend this property!

Wow! Amazing Rental!

Thank you for letting us stay at this beautiful home! We absolutely loved it. Perfect in every way. It was beautifully decorated! Beds were very comfortable. Home was stocked with everything we needed and didn't have room to bring ourselves (board games, cards, kids toys, books, DVDs/movies, pool toys, extra pillows, and more!). The backyard was the perfect size for our kids to run around and get rid of the extra energy. We contacted the owner during our stay and her responses were quick and very helpful. The walk to the pools (2) and hot tubs (both heated) was extremely short - literally a few feet away. The pool water was warm enough for us adults too! We travel to St. George area often and this rental was one of our favorites.

Great Jumping Off Location for Southern Utah.
