The bottom space of our 2-level home with private entrance is where you and your group will enjoy your stay with us. The unit has 2 spacious bedrooms with a living area attached with fully equipped kitchen. The Metro Bus is located steps away from home. Restaurants and Shopping Centers are also located withing walking distance from home.



Our space is kid friendly and ideal for a family or small group.

we provide Free Cable TV and secure WIFI/Internet Connections. Our smart TV enables you to connect to your Netflix Account and other Streaming Apps.

Kitchen area is equipped with Refridgerator, Microwave, Keurig Coffee maker, Dishes and other Cooking Utensils.

There`s a Shared Front and Back Open Porch area for your Relaxation.

Great getaway

This charming basement apt was amazing. Everything was exactly as advertised. Great neighborhood just outside of the hustle and bustle. Bus stops within short walk. Owner was very easy to get ahold of and answer any questions we may have. Cute patio with table on property. We felt very safe as a family with a 10yr old and a 14 yr old. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us. We will definitely stay here again if visiting dc or anywhere around dc.

Great Experience!

Myself, wife and 2 kids stayed in the down stairs basement for many many months while our house was being built. Plenty of parking for our 2 vehicles. Location was good as my wife worked at the Pentagon (10 min drive) and myself at Andrews AFB (25 min drive). The owner was great and quick to respond to any issues we had and very accomadating during the times we needed to extend our stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a temp long stay lodging! Thanks Abby!!

Loved the property and location. Working with the owners was great, very responsive and available. Only downside which was out of anyone's control is the loudness of upstairs guests. Otherwise, still fantastic place.

Great for everyone except light sleepers

Newly renovated, nice outdoor patio, well equipped, very nice overall. Good responsiveness from owner. The only negative is that it is the downstairs of a house that does not have any sound barrier between floors, so you will hear everything going on upstairs. OK if you are a heavy sleeper, or if you bring a lot of sound blocking stuff with you.
