The hotel was clean, and the restaurant was nice. I enjoyed my stay. The only update to the amenities would be to add a shuttle service to all airports. Sometimes the closes one does not have convenient flights, and it would be nice to have a shuttle no matter what airport was chosen.

I have stayed here about five times in the last year. It is convenient being so close to the Metro. Easy to get into DC and easy to go down to Alexandria. Sayid checked me in this last time, and he gave me a great room location. Away from the elevators and in a quiet corner. I very much appreciate the small things like that whenever I'm checking in to a hotel. Especially as a solo traveler who often is also working while traveling. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on.

The desk clerk(s) were friendly and helpful. However, my daughter and I were forced to leave the hotel at 4:00 am due to bed bug(s). My daughter was bitten and her forearm began to swell. The desk clerk on duty was notified and did not offer any remedy other than to let management know about the issue and have the room treated. I am a longtime IHG member. We lost 7 hours of rest/relaxation at this facility. Most favorite time spent was at the Potomac Social Tavern. The bartender and the wait staff were very attentive to our needs. Food was delicious.

There was no shuttle running whatsoever at all between 11pm-midnight to pick me from the airport. Another hotel shuttle was nice enough to drop me off at my hotel. When checkout comes, front desk informed me shuttle service does not begin until 4:30am while my flight depart at 6am. There was no exception whatsoever to send me earlier when I requested it. The current front desk lady was not friendly at all. I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you have an earlier flight and/or late arrival unless you’re ok to Uber.

Easy to the metro and the airport shuttle was a big plus. Very clean and the breakfast was good. Pub had great food.
