3rd Time's a Charm

The staff is attentive and professional. I had to switch my room 3 times. They saw 3rd time is a charm. The 1st room, the key reader didn’t work. That was on the 11th floor a long way from the elevator. The 2nd room I was switched to smelled like a room that had cats with a litter box never being emptied. You could also see where the cat used the couch arm as a scratching post. The smell was horrendous. That was on the 7th floor. The 3rd room on the 6th FL was just fine. Cleanliness was good. No complaints with the 3rd room. I was compensated a room credit for the inconvenience. I was pleased with that.

We came here because our flight home was delayed. We also came here for my sister's birthday. The dining options were excellent. We were lucky enough to have a birthday cake for my sister to celebrate her birthday. Super hotel in such a place!

Upon arrival, I inspected the room for cleanliness. It was hair in the bed and dirty used tissues in the draw. It was a horrible experience and I will not recommend.

The toilets are terribly designed. Flushing requires multiple attempts every time. Other than that, it’s a nice hotel.

This is a nice place to stay it’s close enough to some attractions to walk and others to uber to. This place offers valet services from 65-75 a day $75 for large vehicles. The pool was out of service so that was a bit disappointing. There’s a Starbucks across the street and a few places to eat at if you don’t want to eat at the restaurant at the hotel. This place is near high end shopping such as Tiffany’s, Gucci, Kate spade, etc. What’s nice is the hotel offers free breakfast during the weekday from 6am until about 930am and the weekend it’s open until 10am. Later in the evening there’s a hotel happy hour and they give light refreshments such as cheese fruit, chips, salsa, and trail mix. They give each adult two tickets for a drink and there’s a soda machine for those who don’t drink. This is our second stay here and every time we come to dc this is our hotel choice! I would recommend !
