Clean hotel with fast check-in and a great location near the art museum. The property is a bit dated, especially the bathroom fixtures. Being close to the subway is convenient, but it also brings a lot of foot traffic, including many homeless individuals. Overall, good value for the location.

Nice hotel. The room was updated and modern but the air conditioner was not very powerful. Had to set it to 54 to get the room somewhat cool. The breakfast had lots of options. The staff was very kind and helpful. Our room didn’t have a refrigerator but they were able to send one to the room for us to use. Housekeeping didn’t come and collect trash or provide clean towels. The location was good for what we had planned. Overall the stay was very nice. Just a few minor details that needed to be addressed. Would stay again.

Staff was incredibly friendly upon check-in accommodating for a slightly late checkout to allow for us to attend our meeting and get back to get our luggage. Great location great breakfast.

Would never recommend!!!

First off I was lied to about the parking. Stated there was parking and then come to find out after hotel was purchased they said oh it's only valet parking at basically $60 per night. Then I was told the hotel is only 2.2 miles from the old RFK stadium let's just it's like damn near 10 miles away. The rooms were extremely tiny at the price your paying and the bed was like from the stone age. HARD AS A ROCK!! I checked out early from being dissatisfied and to top it all off they killed my battery in my vehicle cause the didn't turn my ignition off all the way. Not at all pleased with this establishment.
