I enjoyed my stay at the property..the area was safe with a CVS and a food mart approx 2 blocks away..the tourist sites was approx 2 miles away..the code system was difficult for the elevator but other residents would help me. The room was clean..had a hole in the wall by the entry..I am upset that I paid for a one bedroom but received a studio apt without compensation..Restaurants were within walking distance and public transportation..I will not be making reservation again because of the room deception

This place exceeded my expectations. It is well equipped with everything a person may need eg: shampoo, conditioner, trial size laundry detergent, dish detergents, pots pans, eating itensils, and even a mixing bowl that was greatly needed to make my grandchildren a cake. Our DC trip

We had a wonderful stay at Global Suites. The rooms were clean, the kitchen had supplies for cooking and even had good instructions for tv, washer and dryer, and dishwasher. We requested a new coffee machine and Bushra and her staff responded immediately with a new coffee maker. The service Bushra and her staff provided was excellent and made our stay relaxing and worry free. The mattresses were comfortable and the linens supplied were clean and good quality. I will definitely recommend this property to my family members who are planning a trip here in March. I rate this facility a 5.0 out of 5.0. We’re looking forward to our next visit and will definitely rebook at this facility again!

The modern design and overall location made my stay comfortable and convinient. Unfortunately, the shower did not work properly, the garbage disposal did not work, and there appeared to be crayon marks (possibly markings from a suitcase) on the wall. I really enjoyed my stay at Capitol Hill. The instructions were easily shared beforehand, making the check-in easy. The codes were delivered before I landed and arrived. The building was kept clean and had all the amenities you could want, including a really beautiful full gym. The property was very secure during my entire stay, and there were tons of restaurants to eat at and a train stop nearby.

This property really was beautiful. The next street over was the Union Station less than .5 mile walk. The location was perfect, and the communication back-and-forth from the property was timely. The front desk and amenities within the building we’re great. If you are someone who likes to incorporate the gym with travel to stick to your routine, this property worked well with a fully functional gym with brand new equipment.

Check in instructions were clear and easy. The apartment was extremely clean and perfect for my family. Lounge area and rooftop on the property was a vibe! The host was very friendly and reached out often to make sure our stay was to our satisfaction. I'd definitely stay here again when I'm in the DC area. Highly recommend!
