I must say the security service surely can identify black individuals!!! I was more concern that there was no bellman at check-in. I carried my luggage to my room and wondered if this was standard practice. Look forward revisiting the property after renovations.

Checking in was difficult because the registrar didn’t know her job. She had just finished orientation the day began and had mo support.
