Rude staff, poor explanation of policies, additional parking fee, being insulted by the manager, key cards that didnt work, hair on the ceiling of our shower, the cardboard boxes set up in hallways?, was told I wouldnt be charged for parking but then at check out i was told it was only discounted, the auto text with additional message from the same guy that insulted me from the desk - i did not respond as that is creepy - especially as a solo female traveler!
